Russ Russell has spent most of February in the studio with Evile working on their latest studio album. Meanwhile Neil has been working with The Archetype, Three Thirds Below, Bastrad and In Pixels. The Simpletone have also started recording their new album at The Parlour.

Neil and Russ would like to wish you all happy new year, 2012 was a great year for us and we hope 2013 will be even better. We have recently has One Way Trip in the studio recording their debut EP with Neil and Russ has been busy with Ginger from the Wildhearts solo album.

A Busy Few Months

We have a had a very last few months at The Parlour and are fully booked until the New Year now. Neil has been busy with Trash Monroe and Glass Artery while Russ has been working with Shrapnel.

International Bands

The last couple of months have seen bands travelling a fair distance to work at The Parlour. We had Swiss band, Red Studs in the studio for a month to record and mix their debut album with Neil Haynes. Neil was also busy with international band, Colour Dawn who’s members come from as far afield as New Zealand, Austria and Poland!

July 2012 Update

It have been a while since the last update and there has been a lot going on at The Parlour Recording Studio since the start of the year. Neil has been busy recording albums for NeverStar, Concave and Irish metal band, Bakken. He has also been working with Long Dead Signal, The Rude, A Jokers Rage and Trash Monroe. Meanwhile Russ recorded Ginger from the Wildhearts solo album back in April and mixed the PGI album. We also hosted Evile and Savage Messiah to record special Metallica covers for Kerrang magazine. The studio is currently occupied by Red Studs who have traveled over from Switzerland to record and mix their debut album.

Winter Update

Since the last update we have been extremely busy with the studio being fully booked. Neil has been completed Ten Percenter’s debut album and done more work with Nevaneva on their album. Neil has also done EP’s for Concave, Doctor Fonda, Supercalas and Jimmy The Fool. Meanwhile Russ has been busy with Mortad, Karybdis, Saturnian and Imicus. The next few months are also looking very exciting, tune in later for more news

Busy Summer

It has been a very busy summer at The Parlour. Neil Has been producing EP’s for All In The Moment and Break The System as well as more tracks for the Ten Percenter album. Neil has also been working on an album for rockers, Nevaneva and completed the debut album for York based band, theFALLEN which should be out latter in the year.

New Napalm Death Album

Napalm Death have just finished recording and mixing their new album at The Parlour. The band have been busy in the studio for the last month with Russ Russell turning the knobs. Expect the album to be out later in the year.

Long Dead Signal Music Video
